Ashley Jaynes

Ashley has been a client of JKFITNESS since 2014. She is a fit mother of four children ranging in from 4 to 14 years old. Ashley has maintained a BMI of 21.5 and kept her body fat composition in the low 20s. Her VO2 score is 41.6 placing her in the superior category of cardiovascular fitness. Her metabolism is 20% above normal and is revved up as a result of her overall fitness. Ashley comes to every workout with an upbeat attitude and works extremely hard. She has worked as a personal trainer herself for over ten years and has personally helped several other people achieve ultimate fitness levels through personal training and nutritional council. She’s always seeking ways to improve her overall wellness via nutritional education and research, continuing education, and walking the talk both with herself and influencing her children to stay active and eat healthy.
