Bounce Back
Ahh… another Monday, coming too soon once again. For some of you, this weekend may have been one that you treated yourself a little too much, maybe you had more than one helping of dessert or slept in instead of going to the gym. It’s important not to get hung up on what happened this weekend, because for one thing, it’s all in the past. Second, there is only one thing you can do to make it better- move on!
Move on to better eating habits and more physical activity. There is no sense in dwelling on how much cake you ate and the fact that you skipped your workout on purpose, that won’t solve anything and it sure won’t make you feel less guilty. The sooner you start exercising and eating wisely again the quicker you will get back on track to a healthier you!
Weekends like this can happen but you can’t let the weekend turn into a week of poor eating habits and neglecting exercise or what should have only set you back a few days can set your progress back for weeks or even months. If you need help making the decision to change the unhealthy habits in your life and make the rest of your life, the best of your life, then contact us today to set up a consultation.
