Ellen has been with JKFITNESS since November of 2009. Her primary motivation for
improved health and fitness was to manage her symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Ellen was the inspiration behind our Power 30 Program! After close compliance of this extensively researched and individualized wellness program, Ellen lost 35 pounds in 5 short months. Ellen consistently works out 4 x per week and has maintained her weight loss. Despite the struggles that come with having MS, she is always upbeat and rarely complains about any workout.
