Nancy Vaughan

Nancy Vaughan has been exercising regularly her whole life and strength training for ten years. At 61, she is an image of strength, dedication, will, and effort. On average she runs 15-20 miles a week, and is currently training for a half marathon in October. Nancy does hill sprints, box jumps, and works out with JKFITNESS two times a week. As a client for the past three years, she attends spin classes and prioritizes her at-home workout routines. Nancy has demonstrated mental resilience and devotion to healthy eating and mindful nutrition. She has increased her lean muscle mass and strength significantly during the three years of training; for example, last year she increased her 1RM on squats from 135 to 155 lbs! She can also bench press 95 lbs. Nancy is a true testament to what it means to be ROCK SOLID!
