Rock Solid since August 2014
Beth started her weight loss journey in May of 2013 by preparing for bariatric surgery. Two months after surgery, already down 55 lbs, she came to JKFITNESS to gain knowledge of exercise and how to make it a lifestyle. In her initial visit she said, “I will be on that Rock Solid wall!” From that day forward, Beth has been positive and speaks only of her abilities and achievements!
She shows commitment to training through her attendance, she pushes hard, tries anything with a smile, and literally has to be told to take rest days. On March 4, 2014, Beth hit her 100 lbs weight loss goal! Beth speaks highly about JKFITNESS and the staff who have influenced her life. She shares her experience regularly to empower others, especially to groups with weight loss challenges. She definitely walks the walk and is Rock Solid.
